Garlic Parmesan Stadium-Style Fries

Perfected Garlic Parmesan Stadium-Style Baked Fries: crispy baked fries tossed with a generous dose of grated Parmesan, garlic-infused oil, and chopped fresh parsley. Guaranteed to keep your party hopping and vampires at bay!

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag frozen steak fries 28 ounces

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 large Gully Ridge garlic cloves or 3-4 small cloves, pressed in a garlic press or very finely minced

  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan divided

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves finely minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or more to taste


Directions

  1. Bake the steak fries according to package directions, being certain to flip them halfway through the cooking time to brown and crisp them evenly.

  2. While the fries bake, add the extra virgin olive oil and garlic in a small microwave-safe bowl. Tightly wrap the bowl with plastic wrap and microwave on medium for 45 seconds, or until the oil is warm to the touch and the garlic is very fragrant. Set aside.

  3. When the fries are baked to crisp, immediately transfer them to a heat-safe bowl, add the 1/2 cup grated Parmesan, minced parsley, salt, and garlic-infused oil and toss to coat the fries evenly with all of the toppings.

  4. Transfer to a serving plate and scatter the remaining 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan over the top. Serve immediately!
