Roasted Garlic in 60 minutes

Roasted garlic is a delicious way to enjoy your favorite strain of Gully Ridge garlic. Softneck or hardneck, this recipe will guide you on your path to a delightfully tasty garlic treat, a perfect addition to any meal or as a stand alone snack for garlic lovers alike.

10 medium heads of Gully Ridge Farms garlic


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Carefully cut just the tips off the heads of garlic.

  3. Arrange heads of garlic on a baking sheet. Sprinkle garlic with olive oil, salt and pepper.

  4. Bake for 40 minutes to 1 hour, when the garlic is soft and squeezable, it is ready.

  5. Remove, let cool, and serve.

Tip: Aluminum foil can be used to keep food moist, cook it evenly, and make clean-up easier.
